These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AeonGPS mobile application (the "App") and the website at aeonmaps.com (the "Site"), both operated by AEONGPS LLC ("AeonGPS," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App or the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and intended use

The App is intended for use by professional commercial motor vehicle operators. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to operate a commercial vehicle in the jurisdiction in which you use the App.

2. Safe use

The App provides routing guidance for commercial vehicles, but you remain solely responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle, compliance with all traffic laws, Hours-of-Service regulations, posted restrictions, weather and road conditions, and the actual clearance and weight capacity of any bridge, road, or facility on your route. Do not operate the App in a manner that distracts you from driving.

3. No warranty of accuracy

Map data, bridge clearances, road restrictions, and routing decisions are derived from third-party data sources and may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEONGPS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or the Site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its services.

6. Intellectual property

The App, the Site, and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of AEONGPS LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
