• Location data. Precise GPS location is used to calculate routes, deliver turn-by-turn guidance, detect deviations, and recompute the route when necessary. Location access is requested only when the App is running navigation.
• Vehicle profile. Truck dimensions (height, length, weight, axle count) and configuration you enter into the App, used to route around restrictions appropriate to your vehicle.
• Trip and route data. Origin, destination, waypoints, and route history for the trips you navigate.
• Device information. Device model, operating system version, and App version, used for diagnostics and crash reporting.
• Account information. If your fleet uses the App with an account, your driver identifier and the carrier or fleet that issued it.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Calculate and deliver truck-appropriate routes.
• Provide turn-by-turn voice and visual guidance.
• Detect off-route conditions and recompute routes.
• Diagnose crashes and improve App reliability.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Fleet operators. If you use the App through a fleet account, the fleet that issued your account may receive trip, location, and Hours-of-Service data tied to your driver identifier.
• Service providers. Map tile providers, routing infrastructure, crash reporting, and hosting providers that process data on our behalf, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance. When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users.

4. Data retention

Location and trip data are retained for the period necessary to provide navigation services and for fleet record-keeping where applicable. You may request deletion of personal data tied to your account by contacting us at the address below.

5. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
